Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
Privacy Policy
We collect information from you when you place an order or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to supply your name, email address, contact number and delivery address. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. The email address you provide for order processing will only be used to contact you in relation to your order. You have the right to inspect information held about you. You have the right to request that any information held on you can be corrected or deleted.
Payments
Payments are processed using Stripe, a dedicated third party gateway, to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
All products remain the property of Whoa Nelly! until full payment is made.
Ordering, postage and delivery
We offer delivery once a week for all locations. Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to guarantee next day delivery. Whoa Nelly! products are handmade, and may vary slightly in look, size or texture, but will always be of high quality. Photographs on this site are for illustrative purposes only.
Cookies

Return Policy
The Australian Consumer Law provides basic rights for consumers to return goods that they have bought, including if they are faulty, don’t match samples, or don't perform as expected.
If for some reason you are not happy with our product, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.
If you are still not satisfied we will refund you the money from your order, limited to $100. Application for refund must be within 14 days of delivery. Whoa Nelly! will not replace product that has been incorrectly stored once delivered.
