How does it arrive?

Whoa Nelly! is delivered in an insulated biodegradable box. It keeps your food frozen for 10+ hours so don’t worry if you won’t be home.

Fresh or frozen?

Our food is made fresh and delivered frozen. It will stay hard frozen in our insulated delivery box for 10+ hours.

How do I defrost?

Just leave the food overnight in your fridge. You can serve directly from the pack, and store leftovers in the fridge.

How long does it last?

Our food will last 3-5 days in the fridge. It’s super fresh so we find it lasts longer than most raw dog foods.

It will stay fresh for 6 months in your freezer.

Do I need to add anything?

Our food contains everything your dog needs to thrive. It meets AAFCO and NRC nutrient guidelines, with balanced fats and minerals and probiotics.

You don’t need to add anything, but of course you can!

Will it fit in my freezer?

9 packs easily fits in most freezers.
